Design development and project management

right in the historical center of Verona is where this boutique is located. Macondo store has an incredible variety of brands, and the colors of the merchandising play as protagonist. We have designed this boutique to enhance the playfulness of the collection. A shaded flooring divide the areas of womenswear, menswear and accessories; the monochromatic furniture give the environment a feeling of simplicity and coziness.

GANNI - Los Angeles - 9004 Melrose Avenue

ganni opens the door of a new store in West Hollywood. inspired by the broadway theater marquees, the store yellow facade has been designed with a white cantilever with incorporated lighting. interior layout is divided in three areas, guiding the customer in a journey through Ganni's collection. flooring is a transition of ceramic tiles and large wood planks aligned perfectly; ceiling shows exposed wooden structures through a layout of lighting tracks and pendent folded-paper chandeliers.

In the heart of Soho, a beautiful building designed by Jean Nouvelle host Ganni first American boutique. We have designed this store to make an eye-catching facade and a warm and playful interior. As we wanted the customers to feel they are walking in a cozy and stylish Scandinavian home, we have created a dialogue between colors and different height walls.

GANNI - London - 36 Beak Street

Design development and project management

Ganni establish his first store outside Scandinavia! This colorful and cozy boutique is located on a beautiful corner in the heart of Soho. The newly developed concept for interiors plays around freestanding colored walls, custom-made furniture and a great lighting. Within a selling area of approximately 120 sqm, a customer can still enjoy a journey across the full Ganni universe, going through three different areas where the shopping experience gets enhanced by a fresh and welcoming environment.

A combination of clean geometries and funky colors; an environment where Ganni's Danish heritage is mixed with innovative materials made out of recycled plastic. A new shopping experience where the customer wants to hang-out across the playfulness of the store.

GANNI - Showroom - Copenhagen

Design development and project management

Here's the new showroom concept for Ganni. Opened for the Danish Fashion Week 2019, we have developed a project based on the in-store concept. Recycled-plastic cladding meets traditional veneering in this fresh and colorful environment. All props and displays are designed to highlight the collections and maintain the brand identity.

GANNI - Copenhagen

Design development and project management

This is the first release of the newly developed concept for the Danish fashion house Ganni. The interior design concept has been developed by Copenhagen-based agency Moon and Stamuli AB studio. To create an environment that expresses the brand identity and its heritage, influences are taken from Danish culture while the interior still feels innovative and contemporary. Colors and materials create a perfect surrounding for the product that plays as protagonist. We refurbished the first room of the existing Ganni store to give the brand a new look for the Copenhagen fashion week 2018.


LUSH - Malmö, Sweden

Refit of this colorful Lush store in the main shopping street of Malmö. We have acted as local consultants supporting Lush in  developing construction documents, setting up the constructors team and following the works on site.


PACO RABANNE - Galeries Lafayette PARIS

We have supported the client in adapting the design to the premises and having produced these flashy custom-made aluminum furniture and cladding. The result is an eye-catching location in the beautiful surrounding of Galeries Lafayette



Permits achievement and administrative assistance

First boutique in town for Jimmy Choo: a very luxurious space on Mäster Samuelsgatan, in one of the best-preserved building of the area. On this project we have worked for F&M Retail (the contractor appointed by Jimmy Choo). We have achieved all the necessary permits (for store-front and signage) and followed the construction, assisting F&M Retail for all administrative matters necessary to the completion of the fit-out and opening of the store. The result is a stunning boutique in the best area of the city. Opened in July 2018.


LULULEMON - Stockholm

this is the first establishment in Sweden of this globally acclaimed sportswear brand. Opened at the beginning of the summer 2018, this store has become already a shopping destination in the city center. For this client, we have achieved all the necessary permits and assisted the construction; we also have helped them in finding local contractors and suppliers to reach the hand-over with the best quality and support.

MONCLER - Stockholm

Opened in December 2017, this is the first establishment for Moncler in Sweden. Moncler's architects have designed this store to create a luxurious environment, interiors are made by marbles, dark boiseries and bronze framed cases. The building that host this stunning boutique, is one of Birger Jarlsgatan's landmark;  Moncler has kept the original facade characters intact but has succeeded to give a strong brand identity respecting the building's heritage.



Project management and construction coordination

This beautiful boutique has been opened in June 2017 in Brera district, Milan. It has a size of approx. 200 sqm and it has 14 show windows facing Piazza del Carmine. The store interior design has been developed as a continuation of the external original cladding in pink granite. Interiors are a perfect union between local materials and Acne Studios interior concept identity. The lighting principle has been designed by Benoit Lalloz and the massive granite table and seating are created by, British artist, Max Lamb. This boutique is definitely one of the most refined store that Acne Studios has ever opened.

ACNE STUDIOS – Madison Ave - NYC

Project management and construction coordination

Store of approx. 220 sqm on Madison Avenue, opened in November 2016. This boutique represent the most important flagship for the Swedish brand. The interiors have been designed following the typical minimalist concept of metal panels and see through floating walls, but the colors and finishes are all new. Asphalt floor, aluminum golden painted walls and a distinctive luminous ceiling design by Benoit Lalloz. Loose furniture and counters are created and supplied by Max Lamb, that has also cooperated with Kashtall (Swedish premium carpet supplier and manufacturer)  in the creation of outstanding rugs.

Store of approx. 200 sqm on Maximiliansplatz; first establishment in the city. This store collects the typical distinctive Acne concept interior details in polished and brushed stainless steel. The designer has left part of the existing white box visible, showing  the roughness of the premises. The store look is enhanced by the presence of many pieces from the artist Max Lamb and custom made lighting by Benoit Lalloz



ACNE STUDIOS – Shinsegae Main – Seoul

This is a small shop in shop of approx. 50 sqm opened in December 2016. Located in one of the most prestigious mall of Seoul, this store collect the usual Acne Studios concept details. Stainless steel cladding and furniture, concrete floor and luminous ceiling.


ACNE STUDIOS – Illum - Copenhagen

Three wall corner of approx. 60 sqm in the recently refurbished department store Illum – in Copenhagen. A small but very refined boutique, with the amazing ceiling designed by Benoit Lalloz (Paris based light designer studio) and Max Lamb loose furniture.

ACNE STUDIOS – New York, West Village

This is an amazing store designed by Sophie Hicks Architects. Despite the size (only 140 sqm) the designer has managed to exploit the premises in order to have a woman and man collection displayed. Lighting concept developed by ARUP gives to the location this urban but refined look. the store opened in October 2015


Support to Design, Project management and construction coordination

Store of approx. 250 sqm on Potsdamerstrasse, location detached from the typical Berliner shopping area. This store has a newly poured terrazzo floor and the usual Acne’s concept stainless steel claddings. The façade has been designed in order to keep the identity of the building using typical south German stone.

With this store, opened in February 2015,  Acne Studios has given a new message by launching this new concept. This 120sqm in a department store, is the first opening that Acne Studios has performed with this new concept based on rough materials and monochromatic environment, where the product is the only protagonist.

PRADA, London
Pradasphere at Harrods

Project management and construction coordination of:

- Prada pop-up store of approx. 120 sqm located at ground floor of Harrods
- one museum located on the 4th floor, collecting items from the Prada family and company heritage. All presented with digital contents developed by NYC based studio 2X4 and Italian custom made furniture and cases.
- Caffe’ Marchesi: to celebrate the acquisition of this landmark Milanese Caffé, Prada has fitted out an outstanding reproduction of the interiors on the 4th floor of Harrods, next to the Pradasphere museum.

PRADA – Stockholm

In the most exclusive street of Stockholm, a store of approx. 250 sqm. Prada has found a way to emphasize the characteristics of the preserved facade of this historical building. Major structural interventions has been done in order to make the premises wide and useful for the purpose of the designer. The result is a luxurious and distinctive boutique

A majestic two floor boutique of approx. 500sqm. Concept by Peter Marino. Facade in Corten metal and glowing handcrafted glass developed ”in-house” by Fendi store planning. One of the main establishment for the brand in the gulf region.

FENDI – Casablanca, Morocco Mall

A 22 mt long facade made of glowing glass and massive Corten sheets, gives the location an outstanding look. The store develops through approx. 300sqm of selling area in this beautiful mall located just in front of the ocean.

A small boutique in the Shoes district of Dubai Mall. Lava stone flooring and yellow travertine walls, create a welcoming environment for this little boutique dedicated to accessories and shoes sale.

FENDI – Prague

A beautiful boutique of approx. 350sqm located in Parizska street. This two floors store has a beautiful staircase designed in house by Fendi team. The upper floor has been kept as closer possible to the original look, with a dark wooden floor and wallpaper on the walls.
